Episode 1 - Intro

Hey my name is Jason Soares the one and only owner of the best bulls and the DaBestBulls Ranch and what you're gonna get by watching us is a total experience of living on a mini bulldog ranch and you get to see everything you're gonna get to see entertainment you're gonna see our dogs all the cute puppies and then on top of that we're gonna be packing every single time with tons of information to teach you how to care for your dog the best you can to show how we care for our dogs as far as health as far as nutrition is the total package on top of that you're going to get to see the best fools ranch starting from the ground up in.

Our progress and what we're doing on an everyday basis and then what we're doing from a couple months ago until now and how we're building out and making this facility the best we can so I started breeding dogs about four years ago and it was started off as a hobby and obviously now with having a mini bulldog ranch it's become my main priority and I used to be a professional fighter.

With the expansion and with the dogs we just saw that to do better for the dogs and to give them a better life and be able to to to do what we should be doing for them we needed a bigger property uh we needed a bigger facility we needed everything so um it was hard for a while we were looking honestly we looked for months and we found a perfect place and then they would it would get sold and we'd make the offer and it would still get sold and it was just like we're never going to get the right place and then luckily we found this place here right outside daytona and um and it's amazing it's it's better than any other place by.

Far that we ever found so we bought this place number one because the land amazing we're in a very secluded quiet area that's perfect for the dogs and then two the the biggest eye catcher was that it already had the the 50 by 30 steel building on it with the concrete pad and it was an amazing structure to start uh not really from scratch but pretty much from scratch because it was just the.

Um home depot getting the uh concrete for the for the inside we're gonna be um we're not gonna be I'm not gonna truck it inside there's not not enough um not a few yards we'll do a truck for the outside but the inside we need three pallets like ten thousand eleven thousand pounds on this u-haul is never gonna be the same oh [ __ ] it might break.

Like crazy crazy weight holy [ __ ] I don't know if you guys are gonna be the same check it out because it won't fit all the way through so we have to put three in the back um whoever gets this truck next or poor u-haul feel bad I think it should be good but.

And then from there it's been you know getting the building and sort of designing on how we're going to to going to put the dogs in there as far as keeping them safe but still giving them the best life and giving them the most space bulls kennel as you can see we have the dogs.

Cages right now something we don't normally do but just for them for the short time we have to do this um something that you'll never see us do though is we always have the nice grates that they can lay on I hate the wire I feel like the wire grates are super cruel um it's like so much pressure and they make kids can't be comfortable um we have the puppies in uh in wood chips which make life.

And obviously this is not the ideal setup but as far as it's what's necessary right now because we have the ideal setup I mean we have we have the nicest best most functional prettiest um bulldog kennel probably in the world that's being built right now uh and the amount of money we're spending and even though stone unturned empowering people is is been has been a nightmare but at the same time of course it's fun you know trying to get the right people to do exactly what we want look at this.

Check it out we have the first look at them being unformed really nice 4x4 super super nice geez I can't wait for this to finish stucco inside nice and smooth brick on top railing brick there oh [ __ ] nice if you don't know yet I'm I'm I'm a perfectionist and I like everything done in a specific way and it has to be done that way and I believed in quality you know and that's what I believe with our dogs that's what I believe with with the care with the service with everything me and minnie boba.

Um we are just checking out the kennel looking at all the progress that's going we have we have the concrete up uh and poured on six complete kennels of the thirteen and this side we have the stuffed I mean the stuff yeah the stucco and the wire mesh being inlaid and put her down real quick so I can explain some stuff um it's been a long day just grind don't stop but it's going well okay so we have concrete kennels.

We have the mesh um it's gonna make it so it's one we get this smooth this another stucco it's gonna make it nice and smooth and then two um the mesh is gonna strengthen it and make it so don't crack so like there's pressure and stuff put here um you won't have any kind of cracking in the paint that we put this is they're not going to be any kind of any kind of give but in the dirt board there'll be a little give that's why we put the board in here and then we foam in place pressure right there.

Um this board is the the what's it called the dura rack a little more strength because if you look right here we have the dura rock uh and it's a concrete it's like we see in the bathroom it's got like a concrete um drywall and then you have the doggy door and you see it's framed out with four by fours uh and then you have the two by four up here for support and it's tied in over here to the metal studs for support so it's supported all the way around that's what you cut out um so it's nice and nice and firm if you look at the other ones.

I'll show you when yeah here you see you have a two by five four by fours and stuff let's see on the back but anyway it's a lot more good and stuff so with the building and building out the kennels and then getting the backspace for them for the for the outdoor indoor kennels where they're going to be able to be inside in an ac or heated environment depending on the weather and then be able to go outside where they have their outside space where they can they can pee and poop and they can they can stay clean um we have the drainage system going in there and all those kind of things so we got the construction going on we got jp in the.

In the skid steer um right now we're leveling we're taking out the dirt so the pad will go in there for the outdoor kennels uh that door kennels are gonna be four by nine and then a three foot walkway and then a drainage sewage 500 gallon gallon sewage tank um water systems inside the kennels that we're trying make to so can we just turn it on and it'll just flush out and clean the floors um so not only is it going to be easy and efficient but it's going to make it to the dogs to live a very clean and comfortable life and then on top of that all back here we have you know turf going in everything's gonna be it's gonna be super.

Nice and with the outside so they're gonna have the ability to be obviously in their pens where we're making sure and we get dictate on who interacts with who and then we have the big play areas um that we're also going to be able to dictate you know who all goes out there and when they go out there and it's going to just it's going to make it a extremely safe and fun and healthy environment for the dogs right here with us with the boys we have so many girls in heat that um we can't have the boys out here this is the keep going the wiring bowl you're right back there chilling Escobar is doing this thing yeah we can't have the boys out.

With the girls right now there's so many girls in heat that they're just enough to accomplish they'll be trying to pump the girls the whole time and like I said like I've said before one um it's just dangerous for the males just over overheated they're excited everything.

Until it's time and not even necessarily if they start throwing up I wouldn't even give them where yet it's just about getting their fire temperature down with ice packs and cool temperature and then after they they come down and get water because if you get water as they're like in the crazy heat stroke they're gonna aspirate on the wire as they throw up.

I've actually rescued those before because it was having a heat stroke and I just immediately actually had the icy grease um cooler and I threw ice all over the dog put the ac on it and the dog lived it was a but yeah super important to make sure your dogs never get.

Sometimes you have dogs that that you know go crazy and they sort of click on themselves but he's good and as a whole I would like to say that that me and the DaBestBulls Ranch we probably care about the dogs more than 99.9 of all dogs dog people dog breeders whatever you want to say um and we take pride in that and caring for our dogs because the dogs to us our family and um and they really are number one priority and we make sure that we show that with with you know obviously our production with uh the the facility and everything you know there's right now what we're producing what we're creating is probably the and top-of-the-line bulldog facility in the world.

And I know that sounds crazy to say but that's what we're doing and that's what we're making right now so we have the famous king Escobar who's the staple to the best bulls he's the foundation of our whole program and he's in my opinion the the thickest best mini bulldog in the world period he's a true mini bulldog extremely compact and functional at the same time on top of that like we always like to we always like to preach that not only do we deal with structure but we deal with health we deal with the the functionality of them we deal with temperament which is huge and Escobar encompasses all that he's been able to produce some of the nicest bulldogs in the world.

And not only is he in my opinion the nicest bulldog in the world but he's now producing that with his puppies and his offspring and he's quite famous all over the world people know who the king s bar is and then we have kilo who's our lilac trimurl micro.

Huge head you get down present huge head awesome bone for for a micro super functional he's just he's just a very sweet boy he's another it's just another another if you want a little thicker than present and a tiny bit bigger you go with you go with kilo right kilo.

And then this is mr present our micro honestly one of my favorites like I I try not to pick you know too many favorites because I have so many dogs I love but I love this boy he's just he's just tiny with a natural bowed out stance.

Big rope crazy producer an amazing pedigree and just a peppy dog he has like a little pep in his step he walks like a boss you know that's what he does right boy I love you and then this is Fury again one of one of our amazing studs is a blue tri merle gorgeous coat amazing structure super good bone huge head rope temperament he's just perfect he's he literally is our sweetest boy super super nice um and something we also like to brag about and something we like to produce is the non-aggressiveness and this boy has zero aggression if if a dog were to attack him he would honestly just run he he has no no mean bones in his body um and we.

Love that because it makes it obviously a better pet and uh better for the other dogs you know you don't have aggressive dogs attacking each other which which is it which is a common thing to have especially when you have a bunch of dogs.

And he's just such a sweet boy all he wants to do is just be with you right Fury he is Escobar's direct fully health tested great pedigree and then on top of that just a great a great great pet thank you for watching episode one obviously we have so much more to show as far as the facility as far as the progress all the dogs um the information we're going to be sharing and teaching you guys throughout the way and throughout the process but um today this episode we got to show you our studs the start of our facility and the progress we've made so far and then there's only more to come next next episode definitely going to show you some puppies the females.

More progress of course and then try to teach you um all the little ins and outs about the the health and the care for the dogs that that we do.
