Ep 20 - How to pick / get a stud dog. Bulldog Life, and more

Hi my name is Jason Soares and welcome to the best bulls this is the DaMilkMan and today is a very special day is our 20th episode the best bulls so we're gonna pack as much content as possible we're gonna go over studs have a pick a stud have a fine stud how to promote your studs we're going to go over to DaMilkMan we're gonna introduce to you our new stud that you have not seen before we're also gonna go over dealing with chilled semen we're going to show you the facility build out and much much.

So it's actually pretty funny because today we were going to go over studs and talk about them I have a lot of questions with that and we'll go over more but it's funny because then um david the owner of big bone bulldogs hit me up and said hey can't spend on the sample a semen I got in uh he's doing a summation on one of his frenchies and I'm like sure well I'll put the throw it in there you know correlates and goes hand in hand with studs so and I show this because now not everyone not you might be watching them watching me and you might not ever want to to um do what I do or to the scale I do or whatever.

But one it's cool to see is just just if you're a pure bulldog owner and if you ever are going to do breeding not even to the scale that I'm doing it's important to be informed for example let's say you're gonna go to vet or the vet's going to do that for me don't worry it's important to know what's going on to be able to to.

Um vet your vet and say hey is this getting done just getting done it's getting done if yes then you know everything's being done right and if no why not and maybe I need to find a new vet so that being said whenever you're dealing with semen especially ship chilled semen it needs to be spun down because it's going to be diluted with lots of extender and you don't and like I'm going to say and explain why you don't want that um it needs to be spun down to a couple cc's and even if you're dealing with not ship semen if you're done with a dog that puts out a lot and you want to make sure it's getting done right or you're doing a.

Tci or or a a um surgical it still needs to be spun down so it's like when you're at the vet's office hey you're going to spend down for your tci and then they know they're dealing with someone that knows what they're talking about and they're going to be to treat you more serious on top of that you know you're getting your stuff done right so check it out do the insemination and or um we do that we spin it down we check the the semen quality and everything and uh it it's pretty funny because I was not playing for this but it happened perfectly on a day that I'm going to talk about studs so we're gonna we're gonna spin and.

Chip semen for um for ai after it's you know it's been chilled and put with the extender so now we're gonna prepare it I'm gonna show you how so first we're gonna check uh the semen in with the extender abuse whenever you get shipped semen it's gonna be mostly extender which is so it dilutes it down what the extender does is it allows the semen to live while it's shipped you know during those 10 12 5-3 hours whatever so.

We're gonna first just take like a tiniest sample we're gonna hear the syringe and we're just going to take only is literally just like a drop we're gonna spin it stop okay so we just need like a tiny drop so that's that so this is with this with the extender and I just want to see and on top of the way mentioned is when you get semen it's chilled so you need to warm it up they don't want to warm it up fast you don't want to heat it up with like a any microwave just hold it in your hand until until it warms up to you know hand temperature that's normally what people do um if you know the exact temperature it's supposed to at.

Be let me know but I know you're supposed to wake it up because it's very it's very calm at first and not it's um very cool at first oh so this is a really good semen so that's really good semen because this is the semen in 20 cc's not even spun so now what we'll do is let's throw it in here this machine takes smaller um what do think you it's called uh vials yeah but you can still it'll still work with these ones so when you when you put your your vials in the centrifuge they need to be about the same weight otherwise the centrifuge will mess up these are about the same weight which is awesome so I'll just slide it in there.

They always need two so they're across from each other and semen is you spin around three thousand rpm so we're gonna spin it at three and we're gonna spin it for like three or four minutes spend the three thousand see around 3 000 now we're gonna spin it for three or four minutes this is the semen with extender in it now a lot of people don't realize like they think you need a ton of semen for the female to get pregnant but it's totally not true first off the scene the female depending on what type of dog it is can only can only take in a couple cc's so if you put 20 cc's with it was right there that seem into your into your.

Female they're only going to take in about two to three of those cc's the rest is going to be excreted out so now you're putting a bunch of dilute in there and even if this was that without extending it it still is diluted because the dog naturally dilutes it with with prosthetic fluid so even if you do get 10 cc's naturally from the dog you still want to spin it down and condense it to the top you know two to five cc's but this is a really good sample and we're gonna spin that and then we're gonna see what it looks like when it's condensed down to the top we'll do three four cc's and um and we'll do the insemination so this is ship.

Semen and um and we're doing this we're doing this for big bone bulldogs you guys can follow big blown bulldogs on YouTube as well and we're doing I'm doing this he doesn't have the centrifuge right now he's um building his facility so I'm spinning it down for him and he's gonna do inseminations for a frenchie so we'll show you that as well and this is what like for most people don't have the standard infusion all this stuff and right now we're a mess mess here at the best bulls this is not our laboratory setting we're getting it built but you guys know we're under construction so but if you go to the vet you don't want you they should have they should have the same.

Future questions you ask hey are you going spin to my sample down or you can do all these things so now if you look closely if you look closely this is all prosthetic fluid and the semen extender and that ball of cloud right is all all seaming you can see the ball cloud put into the window that's a condensed semen so now.

We're gonna take this okay and we're gonna suck just so we're nice and slow and we're gonna suck up you see the cloud disappear we're gonna suck up a couple cc's because all the semen's gonna go to the bottom so now take the other one same thing very dense you can see it's thicker down there a different kind of like color.

And you can watch it you can't see different clouds so all we want like I said the female is only going absorb to a little bit let's say this is the case now there's still going to be some semen in there but 95 of semen is going to be.

Right here okay I'm gonna just drop that out so I get the nice one clown 95 semen is going to be right here and let's see if we did it right yeah so I don't know if you remember the first one was late late calm down.

The the liquid is moving right now there anyhow yeah there we go so now it's a lot more condensed and that's better like I said the female can only absorb a certain amount there's a bubble in there let get me that bubble there's a bubble there.

There we go so now look so now we got crazy cloud layers and layers of semen so that's what you want because like I said the female is only going to absorb two to three cc's and we want all those cc's to have as many semen as possible so like this this little three cc's probably has somewhere between 400 and 800 million.

Um semen cells and that's condensed you know as opposed to choosing absorb three cc's of 20 cc so you do the math like she was gonna only there's only gonna be you know 25 million there so we just upped our chances a ton more we have really good semen it's shipped and now we can do the insemination on this on um this girl we're gonna do it outside because it's a like I said it's big bone bulldogs frenchy um and we're not gonna do inside because the dogs in our burger and scare her and um yeah we'll do this intimation now so we're good to go right here we are doing artificial insemination and a lot of people like oh I only do surgical I.

Only do tci I only do ai they all have have their benefits and their pros and cons uh now and not one of them is better than the other not one of them is worse than the other right now this one we that david chose to do uh ai because he already did another ai two days ago and now this one got shipped in and he's doing the other ai he actually drove down to the people now they shipped it um you want to drive a second time so the ai is done with ai stick and this is does not hurt the dog at all it's actually a lot more comfortable than if they did a natural breeding because when dogs breed naturally it's actually very.

Painful for them they hurt each other and stuff so done this way is actually better for the dog's health and safety so this is what an ai looks like tube goes in theme is put in there hold the dog up everyone has their different ways they can do it for a certain amount of time now like I said this is ai the other two main ways of doing summation are tci which is and then there's surgical a tci is when they go in with a camera they normally say they dog they go in and they go all the way right before the university and they and send it to semen right there so they know exactly you put the semen in the perfect spot a.

Surgical they actually cut the dog um open and go right in through the years and then drop everything right there into where the eggs are so uh they all have their benefit their pros and cons I want to go it over now I think I've gone over it before but if you have questions just hit me up in the comments or email me as well but that is preparing chilled semen foreign.

With studs there's a lot of questions I get and I and I've talked about a lot of times before in the Fury stud um episode in all other episodes but I'm going to reiterate go over a little more depth some things I didn't go over so the most common question is how do I find a stud and how do I pick that stud that's a very big one you know like the overall getting my stud the other big question I have is how do I promote my and then the last question I have is how do I get my own stud so I have DaMilkMan with me but I love this boy he's mine and I'm showing him off because he's one of our new.

Studs and he's gonna be part of a new line we're going to be doing we're gonna call it the panda line so he's black and white to me the panda line it's only the best bulls dogs and they are only going to be black and white and uh it's just a fun little program for me of course you know if you know me I am not huge on color but I think black and white is cool I want to bring it back I love DaMilkMan's color and I want to get the the um the panel line going on so we're going to be pushing that a lot that being said.

We're also going show to you our new stud Fury son Fury junior and we're gonna promote him as well too he's open now and available and he's absolutely gorgeous in my opinion he is probably better structurally than Fury and for me to say that it takes a lot but he's um awesome he's super super small super compact really really good we call him junior because his name is Fury um he is coned I co-owned him with someone else we promote him and um he's directive I suppose I think he's like eight times the best bose lines means like he's from so many the best little dogs that I've produced so like he's an accumulation of years and years and years and years of work.

Like literally he's like tons of work work into one dog and he represents that too I mean just by how he looks about how he acts how he moves I mean you can you can see right here look at look at him running and jumping and moving like an athletic dog that he is because that's one thing that we are doing here the best bowls not I've said a bunch of times not only are we producing very pretty aesthetically looking good looking structurally small dogs but we're also promoting them moving and moving better breathing better being healthier being more functional all those things so Fury jr now is one of our studs that we will be promoting he's available for stud service he has an.

Other fake the best bowls accounts on facebook so I'm going to start posting on there sort of take the wind out of their sales that facebook's just so horrible so they're so bad taking everything down but I need to get build a presence on there so people can stop getting scammed uh but um yeah that's it now that goes into how do I pick a stud now picking a stud there's a lot of different levels to picking your stud and how they're picking the stud so first let's go over how how do I how do I how or how do I find the stud I would recommend Instagram and then word of mouth but mainly Instagram I would look at all the top programs that.

You can find on Instagram go on and type in studs English bulldog studs mini blog studs whatever kind of stuff you want and look at a bunch of programs so that me so that they said you're gonna pick your stud one on the program is the program you're looking at doing stuff that you want to that you're doing are they producing dogs is that stud part of that program and you know it does it look like they're doing what you want so the program is a big thing and the program also is a big thing too because you don't want to get a stud service from somebody that's sketchy or running a bad program or untrustworthy because then you don't know you're getting so that's.

A big thing the program once you find the program a couple programs that you like let's say three or four then pick a stud from there now the stud part now once you find a stud you're gonna pick a stud on three things one how he looks does he look good is he the structure that you like and does he match up well with your female and does he have the the attributes to fix the problems that your female has for example female has a long underbite does he have a flat face with a short underbite that's going to fix your female's flaw one to his production his puppies one of his puppies look like what has he produced in the past that's going to.

Give you a direct you know correlation of what you're going to produce uh not fully because it's not the same female but it gives you a good idea and then three his pedigree his parents his line how strong his lines are so that's gonna dictate you know how you pick your stud those three criterias are very important and find the program then find the stud and then doing all those all those details there so no man I'm gonna take him out we're gonna take him out to go pee and poop or potty train him potty training you have to make sure you let that dog go out in the in the outside people as much as possible and don't give them the opportunity to pee.

And poop inside is that you know reinforces that they want pee and poop inside so we're gonna take them out we're gonna go over number two is if you have a stud how do I promote my stud so let's go walk around oh let's go see the other property too so we'll walk in the other property.

Look at DaMilkMan wants to get down he's already going crazy about to get on my all right dog life and full hair DaMilkMan again is a prime example of what we want look at him he is almost 14 weeks super super functional breathes great structurally awesome crazy short back like not crazy short back nice short back crazy big head rope everything and.

Temperament wise we obviously don't know he's very young but he's from he's from dogs that I know are temperament and they're crazy guys ask them our son as far as the best time I'm able to in the freaking world so a lot of people ask me how to promote stuff how to advertise a stud and.

There's a lot to it now the number one thing is quality sales period number one thing is you know this the structure the quality of the bloodline all those things I talked about on how to pick a stud all you do is re reverse engineer it so how to pick a stud or is your is is your program good do you have a good program do you have proof yellow stuff if you don't have a program it's gonna take a while you're gonna have to it's gonna it's gonna take a bit um your stud fee is gonna have to probably be lower than the most even even if there's other dogs that your dog's better than their dogs they're more expensive just the proof's not.

There there's more to just having a good looking boy not only does it have to be good looking but he has to have a good lines and he has to have proof that he produces good looking because just because the dog's good looking doesn't mean that they're always going to produce what they look like now statistically speaking it gives you a better chance but DaMilkMan looks how he looks because his dad looks how he looks his mom looks how he she looks the great grandma the grandma the great problem all those dogs look great so it's like common sense he's gonna look good now he's also going to produce goods his lines are so strong that he only has quality in his lines so that.

That's why when you're when you have a stud you have to think okay I'm gonna reverse engineer all those things I said before about the program the stud does he have good does he does he produce good stuff does he have good parents does he have a good pedigree all those things so that's number one is the quality of your stud good then.

You have to start you know you have to start proving your studs good you have to you know produce some some nice litters you have to do all those things that I talked about and then you have to post on social media you have to post on facebook you have to post on Instagram you the post on tick tock you have to show people you know like mercedes.

Only is good because people know they're good now you know what I mean like like I can make the best car company in the world that's 10 times better mercedes if I don't do all the all the social proof all the advertising all those things no one's going to know so for those of you that have a stutter have a boy that want to get them out there start putting them out there and start taking steps every day in every way to get those things I'm talking about done you know guys come on let's go let's go walk come on wake boba.

So that's that's number two which is how do I get promote my stud and that's the big thing is and just advertising Instagram facebook this is the new property I think we showed it last episode and just walking through here we have a lot of work to do as you see the best bullets ranch we have tons of projects no man's so funny but.

We take I like to spend time with DaMilkMan too I like to spend time with all my dogs especially the puppies though just so they're they're tame their acclimate acclimate at a young age and now three which is how do I get my own stud my own dog like DaMilkMan DaMilkMan is my neck is one of my next studs.

And you get a DaMilkMan a couple ways one you can produce him that's how I produced all my dogs and you can produce your dog by taking the top males to to your female and then possibly taking another top meal to the puppy you got off your female and throughout those processes you're eventually gonna get some nice nice puppies might take one litter it might take five layers which takes years you know now my recommendation is if you want to produce your stud is to find the stud that you like the best as far as look as far as production as far as programming all those things and use that stud on your female slash females and then use them at least one maybe.

Two times until you get the puppy you want so that's one way of doing it is is producing your your stud your and it might take you know one liter it might take six layers and it might take three different males of you picking oh this is the one that's one and then failing failing failing and what I mean by failing is that you have to decide like you have to think extremely rational non-emotional that when the dog gets a to certain age they look good enough you know is he good enough looking because if the dog can produce good and be from good program and good parents and good pedigree but if he is not look good which is the number one thing him.

Looking good you're not getting anything I say this because a lot of times people like pick a puppy and they looks really good at young age but it grows up it's just not it doesn't it's not it so you have to you know you have to find a new one you know and how they develop is also going to be a big uh it's gonna be dictated by who the mom and dad is what lines they follow because I know esquire puppies develop a certain way I know Fury puppies develop a certain way and they pop at different ages so that's a big thing as well too some dogs are late bloomers and we'll look okay okay then amazing and some other look good good.

Good and then horrible so that's a big thing all my studs are produced by me every single one of the DaMilkMan screws by me as much produced by me Fury a present kilo they're all produced by me I produced them and out of that's one that's five studs no man is a hater I can tell you that much right now like that that's that's a hitter so I have five hitters I have five hitters I have failed two times so I'm five and two I picked two other puppies at young ages and they grew up not good enough in my in my my opinion and that's part that's part of game the you know not everyone's perfect now the third one is purchasing a stud.

Very hard to do I don't recommend it to most people a majority of the time record this tables this is good great majority of the time when you um when you uh get a stud from someone like a program they're not gonna let their top boys go like DaMilkMan I'm not gonna let them go you know like like you want no the answer is no you know like 50k no like I I don't I don't care he's he's he's he's worth so much of me as far as not even money goes as far as like my work years and years of work and producing DaMilkMan like I I just won't get I just won't won't sell him you know like I would I would.

Have to have a family emergency where I need money and now I have to sell them but like even like I'm not even kidding 80 80k bring 80k and cash I'll still say no I've said no for crazy amounts of dogs because when I like him two he's years and years of work he's like 10 times the best bulls lines and um and he's he's gonna make everything better I mean he's gonna produce dogs that are going to be even crazier in the future hey wick so that being said majority of a time you are not going to get a top stud from a program wick.

Making milk out dirty this is what I deal with people ask like why is your dog dirty this is why my dog's dirty because I live in an area where it's all sand this is natural sand my yard is sand too as well and the dogs love it and uh and this is what I deal with so this is part of you know advertising how do I advertise my stud this is DaMilkMan right here I'm gonna record him just he looks awesome he's playing with baba this is good this can potentially go viral on tick tock on on Instagram it's just such a good video and um it's also not only good like cute it's showing off DaMilkMan's great structure he looks amazing I mean.

This also goes to for for people out there a little disclaimer like if you see something online that you've never seen before that looks amazing it's different don't think you're gonna get it for an average price you know and I'm saying this because I get a lot of phone calls every day and people got scams like well they said you had your dog they showed me a picture of DaMilkMan they say it was two thousand dollars like you think you can get a DaMilkMan for two thousand dollars like man how many dogs have you seen look like milk in none so you think you're gonna get them for a price that everyone can get no this doesn't this doesn't work that way milan and DaMilkMan's.

Prices is is a dollar DaMilkMan will be priced very high because he's amazing he's crazy structured he comes from a great line he's healthy he's functional he he's one of a kind you don't see stuff like that you know he's a showstopper just like just like a ferrari you don't you don't drive around all day and see ferraris and there's lots of work and tons of time and care and energy went into creating that ferrari versus a honda civic great car still not a ferrari though I'm recording this right now as I'm talking to you filming a the best bowls episode and this content is going to be on facebook YouTube tick tock tonight.

Hey wick be gentle with him so that's what's going on right now let's snap some pictures but I ought to reiterate again so like you can yes you can purchase your stud so if I were to purchase a study it would it would it would have to be like if I recommend a person stud you have to get from a top top program that has proven quality that you trust the owner of the program you trust the program you trust the dogs you love the dogs all that you have to do a ton of research and then if you were to get a stud and you were in a purchase a stud from someone because you don't want to let's say waste or spend the.

Time making your own studies it takes years and years then the next best step I recommend is get a a puppy that's a lot older already so for example get a dog nobody okay he's getting plain george get up get a dog that uh stud a future set that's five six months old even a year old so now you know what you're getting is that year old you know what you're getting they're not done developing they're going to get better but you can see you know I mean even DaMilkMan he's 14 weeks at eight weeks he could he could change you know like eight weeks it can be here and they can drop down and sort of drop off a cliff not look good look.

Man's eight weeks and just gone up above he's he's gonna continue up and just in my professional opinion I can tell you he's a hitter now would I sell him no would I co-own him maybe to the right person cohen's different and I actually recommend to programs that if you're going to get a stud maybe cone with a top program because the reason they're gonna code is they have a good they know it's going to be good also I forgot this and this goes into the the step two is how or how do I promote my own stud it's a lot of work okay but this goes this goes into it as well is pictures quality videos and all that now people love me because.

And they love my transparency because I show everything I show videos the most because videos are a lot harder to lie about you can still lie in them but a lot harder and they show all angles that's how you line videos you only show one angle because a lot of people show their dog in video but they don't show the back angle it shows them have a really bad weekend they're not weak back in and stuff so but I show everything I show all the videos so and I like videos because pictures you can lie really big you can you can photo edit all the stuff I'm not saying everyone does that but people do do it and people love me because I don't do.

That and I'm very transparent I show everything so that being said get a lot of content show off your your boy show off your good looks but there's also you could take for example pictures you could do pictures like let's say girls you could that's that's why they're specific photographers for girls for the girl for the girls magazines there's specific photographers for them because you can take different angles for example I can take a picture of you right now and if my lens is up and down it's pretty square now if I start low and I tilt the lens back now I make your legs look longer I can also make you look shorter I can make you look fatter I can make it look.

Skinnier so my thing is this is a disclaimer too for all all people taking pictures of the dogs is don't do pictures that don't post pictures that are distorting your dog's look and making it look worse also don't do it that make your dog look better just be truthful you know I don't I so I've seen people post pictures of their and I saw a dog in person I'm like yo you post horrible pictures of your dog your dog is small your dog looks great your dog has great bone your dog has all these things that are really good but you don't even show that because you're a horrible picture taker where you actually make your dog look bad so just like don't lie and.

Don't do photo editing to make your dog look good hey be nice to him don't hurt him don't take bad pictures either that make your dog look really bad because for example if someone sees DaMilkMan and he looks like he's huge he looks like he has a small head when he doesn't have a small head you guys see it doesn't smudge but I show some pictures that make him look like a small head and one person just glanced saw a picture of DaMilkMan with a small head didn't see anything else they will never use milk as a stud so I just lost them as a potential client to do work with you know DaMilkMan and stuff.

So with the build out it you could I could finally see the light in the tunnel it's coming out amazing and um until you you know own a house or build onto your house or do anything like that um you don't really understand the joy you get up just seeing like a ceiling fan get put up you know for me you know I own my own house but I also the dog facility has been my dream for years and years and to see like you know the walls done this candle's coming up and everything's sort of coming together the the fans getting put up and you know the light switch working for the fans and the lights and all that stuff it's awesome so.

Cool and knowing that everything is coming together smooth this isn't to brag like I've said before if you follow me on on Instagram which you have to follow me to DaBestBulls Ranch this isn't to brag about about money because I'm not one of guys those that you know does that but one thing I have said I will brag about is is the facility the build out and how much time energy and money we are putting into the facility because it's something that no one's doing and just so you understand just the fans alone 13 no 11 fans outside three fans inside uh getting the wiring done by professional certified electrician doing everything to code doing everything properly we're looking at over five.

Thousand dollars in cost as far as the fans as far as the labor installation everything so it's really expensive which isn't here and fans work independently so I can turn the lights on I can turn fans on look down here it's looking good this whole row is done guys stop this row we're still missing three fans they're gonna be coming in.

And uh one two three we'll put those in we'll be done with the fans out here and that's they'll be all done so these are fans all looking nice and once they really start going you can feel the wind flow like today's not even warm but it's still nicer under here if we have um if we have the airflow it's nicer for the dogs and it's nicer for the clean air and it's nicer to keep bugs off them too as well so we have that and if the bugs do become a problem we will screen this whole area in not sure about that we also once this is all done all the lang's done we're gonna put the we're gonna put sealing um up and.

We're gonna insulate it so during the summer months when it's super hot the sun these the metal will heat up and you know the radiate heat down here so we're gonna insulate it and put another barrier so uh again keep the dogs nice and cool when they come out even though they have indoor outdoor access all the time and they go inside the ac or heat depending on the temperature uh we still want them to be nice out here because it's good better to be outside so that's that and then when you talk about these fans it's like they look like it's so easy just attach them up there and you're done you know there's so much time effort when they're like if you look.

In close they make it to the right angle they angle enough so we had to build a block behind it then we had to the metal poster attaches those are hollow so we added reinforcement to it and then we don't have electricity up there so we have the electricians coming to to um wire up there which is going to be like another five hundred thousand dollars so like and this isn't bragging it's just like just so you understand the the I one of those those.

The fans in there to circulate air they weren't they aren't they aren't a necessity but just to make it so it's perfect for the dogs I put them there and just just to understand how much it goes into them it's like that's like 700 in fans right there they're like two something each three fans the labor of putting up there was a day so you're like that's like two or three hundred dollars so we're at a thousand the wood that goes there is probably in our 200 300 and then you have the labor and uh the materials for electricity and the wiring and all that stuff another 400 so we're looking at probably around sixteen seventeen hundred dollars.

On us on a low note 550 each fan to get installed freaking crazy right yeah like even it's a lot of money you know you don't really think about until you're doing it and every little thing adds a ton of money but I gotta do it for dogs yeah now you see that in the tunnel so we got stalls up we're still gonna take these down again to do more work within the stalls but we're putting up now and we should have these operational in the next couple days.

The stalls so in the stalls they sell the plastic wrap on it we gotta take the plastic wrap off that's a whole job like hours in itself put some of the plastic wraps off this you can see but um the stalls just to reiterate that everyone asks asks me um so for you the stalls are are four by nine outside very spacious and four by four inside these ones those are the ones are even bigger but there's 13 of them here now.

That's huge so that's a total that's a total of of four by um four by thirteen and it's a big space now this is not where the dogs are going to be permanently this is where they're gonna go at night that's where they're gonna sleep this is where if we have separate dogs then we have a big huge pen game built out here it's 150 by 70. You'll have three separate areas so a 50 by 70 50 by 70 and a 50 by 70 if we want or we can open up the whole thing so it can be separated into a little bit smaller areas at 50 by 70 or one big area that's 150 by 70. Either way it's a huge area and that's.

Where we'll have our their little their little six inch deep pools and all kinds of stuff and then we have the huge yard as well too we've told eight acres so um we have a lot a lot of space for the dogs and this is just so you know when we're not watching them they can stay safe it's never like I've said before it's never good yet to keep a lot of dogs together at once because just like with little kids you don't give a little kids there at once they come up with ideas they can hurt each other all that stuff so these are the pens solid pens uh hot dip galvanized steel and.

This is it's this this is it now we still have to get the doggie doors in the flaps and stuff we'll do that now one of the things I'm the most proud about is this system right here so we have every stall every stall right every stall will have its own um own hose unit so this not every stock today so this one is for this doll and this doll so there'll be a hose up here attached to it I can turn it on boom here and I can spray the hose out because I want the hose up here because the drainage system's down there and everything slants towards the the sewage so I grab the hose spray spray now by the way these are.

Not painted because these are stuccoed and they're also stuccoed so they slant but stucco takes 60 days to cure so we have to let it cure and then we'll take these pens out repaint the floor paint the stucco and then we're done with this and then we can tack these pens in but so this this one right here is for this stall and this stall so I can be in there take the hose turn this on spray everything out put the hose back same thing I can go in this stall and use the same hose off the wall boom here and then this saw has what do you know has his own hose so every stall has their own hose set up on our on.

From our well or watering system and we have cut off valves all that stuff done if you look to over here is the main hub now over here is going to be stalls as well but right now they're still coming in from portugal uh these are this is the cut the cutoff valves all that we also have self-waterers they're not done yet actually I'm going to go backwards they're not done yet but every stall will have if you look right here this bottom one this bottom pipe is for the wires and this is the uh the the t right here where the wire is going to come down I mean the pipes that come down come right here and then stop right there and then.

I can turn on the valve over there and it wires all these now every single one of these has a valve as well too so if there's not dog here I don't want to wire this one I just turn that valve off but I leave it open the valve comes here drops down there and goes right there why do you ask I put up there because if you put this pipe all the on way there it also chew it break it water leaks will happen all this stuff dogs especially bulldogs are mischievous they will if there is a will if there's a way there's they will will theirselves to doing it and causing problems so just to stop them from injuring yourself breaking the pipe.

And cutting their mouth in the pipe I'm putting it up here and the wire will shoot down into this into it if you want to see too it's pretty cool I can come over here and so this is that one I'm looking okay and this one right here oh no this is it this this no I don't even know yet this one right here can turn everything on so I can go like this.

If you look down there all the water is coming out all down those things we got water going out everywhere now I just turned it off just enough now they'll go all the way down there as well too but obviously everything's not set up and that will get water give water to all their water bowls so every I can you know fill the water bottles up now I don't have the automatic water the real automatic going on that like fills up the water as it depletes for to for mainly one reason is I want to be able to monitor how much.

How much water my dog's intake same with food I don't just feed my dogs and giving us water and leave because if they're not feeling good that's one of my biggest tells I always talk about if they're not drinking well or eating well I need to know so I can see their water okay I'm looking I'm looking okay this dog needs more water let's get more water or that's all because I'm drinking water in in a day there's a problem I need to check it out so I like to monitor that so that's the watering system right there and on top of that I mean you're gonna ask you know you might say well you can't you have to clean the bowls yeah the bulls.

Will be cleaned you know every couple days um but they only be clean every day and just so people understand dog's stomachs can handle a lot more bacteria than people not saying I'm gonna feel the bacteria but I'm just telling you the bowl does not need to be actually cleaned every single day.

These things the pens are are working great open here they close super strong really strong like how's a tiger in this stuff superstar metal um it's not the the standard type of metals really really really reinforced if you look from the inside you come.

They're designed smart so they're reinforced with these here so dog cannot push through cannot pull anything this is solid the big problem is you don't want dogs getting out either uh and because that can be a problem obviously get out and cause problems and hurt their self and hurt other things everything like that so you gotta be careful there just so you understand.

Nitpicky I am so for example that corner right there water was was going in it so we built this step up so nowhere can go in that corner and now if you see it directs the water through the drain so just make it easier.

In my opinion not everything is but it's better if it's if it's easier and nicer and more convenient because it makes it easier for you to to maintain you know like that's one thing one less thing I have to worry about you know and on top of that it works the functional it's a good step same thing we did over down here too and this is hard.

There's no blueprint for this this is this is my blueprint this is our blueprint the best blueprint the facility the program the design everything and there's no one's ever done anything like we're doing to this extreme and this exact you know replica so we're I engineered it but I have to make adjustments all the time like so that corner right there I should have put drains at the very end you know that's common sense but I wasn't there when they were doing it and they and they did so we also built one here too so again we don't want any corners where p and bacteria can fester you know and then we have the drains we have other stuff coming too I'm not even.

Announced yet for design wise goes but it's going to be really nice but again we're we're improvising all the time we have a design we're trying to think ahead and do things the right way the first time but you can't always always get everything right you know so we're doing that but the drainage system I'm super proud of where it's open and a lot of people have asked me why don't I have a drainage like it's like under with pipes and all that if you noticed every single one of my drains like even that drain right there there's it's only concealed for about uh it's 19 inches of a concealment so and even then it's a big hole I can get some I can stick.

Something there take whatever's out because anytime you can totally concealed drains when they do get plot plugged completely it's very hard to unplug them then you have to break concrete you have to destroy stuff and with dogs with their fur with everything with toys they clog stuff so all the drainage designs open drainage for ease of cleaning and um for for evergreenness like where it's going to last for a long time I know I'm talking fast so the good good news is you can re-watch this this uh and you can always ask me questions too down below make sure you leave comments down below I love the comments questions I'll always answer and um on top of that recommendations if you see something that you.
