How Big Do English Bulldogs Get?
The short answer
A standard English bulldog should be about 14 to 17 inches tall at the shoulder. By the standard that's about 40 to 60 pounds, but most standard bulldogs in America today run bigger.
A mini English bulldog is 11 to 13 inches, and a micro is 11 inches and under. What size a puppy ends up depends on its parents and pedigree.

Mini and micro sizes
Minis are smaller than a standard bulldog: the standard is 14 to 17 inches, a mini is 11 to 13 inches, and a micro is 11 inches and under.
When you're getting a true mini or micro, look at the program, the parents, their track record, everything, and make sure the breeder really has mini and micro puppies and adult dogs.
